Objectives

IFASD will open each day with a plenary session of presentations focusing on presentations by top ranking invited guests from research organisations.  Presentations will relate to programs and the latest research & developments in advanced Aeroelasticity and Structural Dynamics.
Otherwise the Forum will be organised in five parallel sessions which will cover the following topics: 

• Steady/Unsteady Aerodynamics for Loads and Aeroelasticity
• Structural Dynamics, Modeling and Updating
• Aeroelastic Optimization
• Experimental Methods in Structural Dynamics and Aeroelasticity
• Aeroservoelasticity
• Reduced Order Model
• Active Control and Adaptive Structures
• Ground and Flight Loads
• Conceptual Aircraft Design
• Ground an Flight Testing of Aircraft
• Certification and Qualification

Targeted applications: aircrafts, helicopters, launchers, missiles, turbo-engines, micro-air vehicles, UAV, …

During the second evening, 3AF will organise a social event that will allow the participants to network and socialise with other participants and speakers, and discuss the topics raised during the Forum.
The fourth day will be devoted to appropriate and impressive technical visits.
