Instruction to speakers

• Regarding the presentation, it is strictly limited to 30 mn with questions and answers.
• The ideal presentation is 20/25 mn + 10/5 mn for discussion.
• No specific format is required for the presentation.
• Use ppt format (2002 or 95, 97, 2000) or pdf format on USB thumb drive.
• Format like pptx is not recommended.
• USB thumb drive to be given to Session Chairmen or Room Technician at the beginning of the related session.
